1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" — refers to the cekap33 website accessible via the official domain cekap33.run, including all pages, services and content found within it.
• "Member" or "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on the cekap33 platform and uses the services provided.
• "cekap33" or "We" — refers to the platform operator operating under international licensing.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds deposited by the member into their account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
• "Bonus Money" — refers to funds credited into a member's account as part of a promotional or bonus offer that carries wagering conditions.

2 Member Eligibility

Use of the cekap33 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must be fully met by every member:

• Members must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. cekap33 strictly prohibits participation by individuals below this age limit.
• Registration is open to individuals who are not prohibited by local or international law from participating in online gambling activities.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being permanently suspended.
• Members must provide genuine and accurate personal information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

3 Account Registration and Verification

The cekap33 account registration process requires members to provide complete and accurate information. cekap33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad), proof of address and payment information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the set timeframe may result in account suspension or a delay in the withdrawal process.

• Members are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential.
• Any activity that occurs within a member's account is entirely the responsibility of that member.
• Members must notify cekap33 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• cekap33 will never request a member's password through any communication channel.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

cekap33 accepts deposits through a range of secure and recognised payment methods. All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used.
• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Deposited funds must originate from a valid account belonging to the registered member. Deposits from third parties are prohibited.
• cekap33 reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

cekap33 processes withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within one hour after the request is received and verified.
• Members must have completed full identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same member's name.
• If there are outstanding wagering requirements (such as bonus conditions), bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

cekap33 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements:

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.
• As a calculation example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800, which must be reached before withdrawals are permitted.
• For a larger deposit: a deposit of RM2,600 will receive the maximum bonus of RM1,500, bringing the balance to RM4,100. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the wagering conditions are fully met.
• cekap33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.

7 Game Rules and Betting

Use of all games on the cekap33 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook and sports betting — is subject to the individual game rules stated within each game. General matters that all members must comply with are as follows:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round or bet has been completed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled according to cekap33's technical operations policy, which is designed to ensure fairness to all parties.
• The use of third-party software, automated bots, or any other unfair methods to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed when the wagering limit exceeds the set limit may be voided or reduced at the operator's discretion.

8 Member Responsibilities and Conduct

Every cekap33 member is responsible for using the platform responsibly and complying with all stated terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Cooperating or colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities to manipulate the bonus or promotion system.
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions or any transactions that may be linked to illegal activity.
• Abusing the customer support system or behaving rudely towards cekap33 staff.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

cekap33 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal action.
• Receipt of a related request from the relevant authorities regarding a member's account.

In cases of account closure due to a breach, cekap33 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. Legitimate real-money balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned in accordance with the established procedure.

10 Limitation of Liability

cekap33 will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting or gaming outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

cekap33's total liability to a member under any circumstance will not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

cekap33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Members are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any amendment comes into effect is considered the member's acceptance of the revised terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

cekap33 operates under a recognised international licence. All disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved through the following channels:

• Members are encouraged to contact the cekap33 customer support team first to resolve any dispute amicably.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, cekap33 will refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with the licensing terms.
• The decision of the dispute resolution body is final and binding on both parties.
